Using traditional hand tools to shape the profiles of her frames, Carrie Carino creates unique, one of a kind pieces that reflect the subtle movements of the maker’s hand. Although a Carino Frame takes more time to make, the hand made process lends and organic flow to the pieces that are not possible through machine cut reproductions. Strength and durability of construction are also of top priority. Her designs are based on a blend of classical and modern profiles adapted to fit each artwork or environment.
